Announcement
We are pleased to announce the addition of Chris Smith to our office staff. Chris is our new Service Manager. He has been working in the HVACR field for over 17 years and brings a vast amount of knowledge and innovative ideas to the company. You will find him agreeable, and eager to find solutions to your mechanical needs.
If you are a supplier, please call the office and MaryBeth will gladly arrange an appointment for you to meet with Chris. Please bring a catalog or CD of your product.
Chris would also like to meet with our customers. Familiarize himself with your property's mechanical equipment, and perhaps offer suggestions that would be more economical.
Planned Maintenance Contracts is the best way to assure a system's reliability and efficiency. Chris will be monitoring these contracts to make sure you are receiving peak performance from your mechanical system. Updating your equipment to more high efficiency systems could produce paybacks for you.
These are just a few of the ways Chris will be reviewing the different systems unique to each customer. He will be directing and dispatching our mechanics. He will read each work order ticket to keep abreast of problems or solutions found in the field.
Give a Chris a call if you have any questions.
